I have tried many Yoga DVd's and books over the years and can say without any doubt that this is the best.It has such a variety of practices targeted to all the issues women face .Highly recommend it both for the beautiful,clear pictures of the poses as well as the tidbits of advice throughout-only wish Shakta Kaur Khalsa would make a DVD too!

This is a wonderful book and very helpful. It has poses for every aspect of a woman's life. The only thing I would change is the binding. When first learning poses it is difficult to keep the book open. The instructions and pictures are easy to follow for beginners and it has helpful tips for skin care, health, etc. I would recomend this book to anyone.

for starters. There are so many books, tapes, etc that it is hard to focus on what you might need. This pinpoints a bit toward the feminine side of things beautifully.

I use this book as a guide and it is great, easy to follow with fine illustrations in photos.

This book was written in a way that makes it easy to understand various yoga positions and actually do them! normally following a book like this is difficult for me, but i really like this one...

I really love this book, I saw it where I do yoga and just had to buy it!! I will be doing all the recommended posses, and looking forward to a better mind and body!

I love the color pictures in Shakta's books, and how she adds little tidbits around the pictures. I am excited to add this to my collection
