Yuasa YUAM720GZ GYZ20L Factory Activated GYZ Series AGM Battery

Honda recommends the Yausa YUAM720GZ battery for their Goldwing cycles. The reason I use them is the high cranking amp, long life and dependability. I know you can buy batteries at a cheaper price. However, this battery will last longer, is more dependable and saves you money in the long run. To me, the peace of mind makes it worth the small additional cost.

Battery arrived promptly and in perfect condition. This type of battery is factory filled and sealed. Ready to install. Much easier and safer to deal with than the type that needs the battery acid added prior to installing. Very happy with this battery.

My 2012 Honda Goldwing has this battery installed... from the factory... it still works. I keep my bike on a Battery Tender any time it's parked which I'm sure helped extend the life. Still, at 13 years old now, I figured I would go ahead and replace it with a new one before needing a jump start. The original has definitely proven itself, so I planned to spend the money on the same one to replace it. The new battery I received lasted less than a month under the same conditions. I had it tested at a local battery shop, and under load, it would hold near zero voltage. I chalk that up to a bad battery, and plan to get another just like it, but I won't do so from Amazon and here's why... Yuasa's warranty policy (as the manufacturer) states that all warranty issues are to be handled by the reseller. Because it's a battery - and non-returnable - Amazon's return process tells you to contact the manufacturer. See the problem? To their credit, Amazon did eventually refund my money after going around in circles a couple times with support staff. That said, the next battery I purchase will be from an authorized reseller who hopefully maintains good stock, and stands behind the manufacturer warranty just in case.

I had the battery checked out by a professionally yes with all the gismos and do dads,,and he said the battery was in good shape,,sometimes,we don't know what we're getting through the mail,,,so in this case order with confidence gentlemen

Good fit. Strong cranking. Ready to go out of the box, no acid pouring or charging up needed. (I tried charging it to check and the charger clicked to maintain in 2 minutes.) Came blazing fast. Great price. Would def buy again. Not as light as newer tech batteries but on my bike the weight isn’t going to be an issue, and that stuff costs way more money than one of these, almost three times as much!

The battery works great and I expect to hold up well. It was a little difficult to install because the positive pole of the battery did not exactly fit the positive wire attachment on my Goldwing. Otherwise a good product.

Well packaged and received on time. OEM replacement for GL1800, sold and shipped by amazon. Installed and works fine. No more flicker of NAV screen while starting.

Took 9 days to get delivered to BC from USA, but it was $75 cheaper than dealer. About a 25% savings. Works great for my Goldwing.

Purchased the battery in March 2022, as per July 2023 the battery is gone. Can't start my Goldwing if left overnight. Never was frozen, stored in heated garage. Over winter terminals were disconnected, but the battery still were barely alive (not enough to start the engine) after 5 month of winter storage.
