Actually liking this more than my matte pomade by uppercut deluxe very nice firm clay from suavecito (EDIT) okay so after using this I can confirm it is not easy to wash out of my fine straight hair at all when in the shower using shampoo and conditioner I felt like I had to shampoo and condition a couple of times for it to get out of my hair. So I’m now trying out reuzel matte clay if that doesn’t work I’m going back to uppercut deluxe matte clay

It provides a low shine, which is ideal if you prefer a more natural, matte look. The hold is exceptional, lasting throughout the day and even in light rain, which is a rare find. While it can be slightly more challenging to apply compared to some other products, I find this to be a positive aspect, as it prevents the accidental overuse of product. The extra moments it takes to apply are well worth the results. The tub is generously sized for the price, making it a great value. Though I enjoy experimenting with various types of hair clay, this is one I will likely purchase again."

I wouldn't call this low shine or strong hold... Medium shine, medium hold is what I'd call it. It's more like a tradition grease pomade with some clay thrown in, than a clay with some grease added, if you get my meaning. And if that's what you're looking for then this would be great for you. As a medium hold/medium shine pomade it works great, and is really re-workable. But if you need a matte look and strong hold for thicker hair, I'd say try blumann Cavalier, Slick Gorilla Clay Pomade, or Apothecary 87 clay pomade. Or even Sheer Revival, American Gardens, or forkbeard clay pomade. All offer a more matte look and better hold.

Great stuff

This stuff is excellent. Only a small amount is required and it gives good hold without making the hair rigid or giving it the dreaded shiny or plasticky look. It’s slightly more difficult to wash out than the original pomade and does seem to leave some residue/oiliness on the hair if it’s not washed out with shampoo but it’s still my go-to product for a good hair day 😁

This is a great genuine product, I’m always careful and look for the logo on the bottom of the tub, which this has.

I've been using Suavecito Firme Clay for years, and I keep coming back to it. The brand was first introduced to me by a friend who is a barber, and it gives my hair a firm (but flexible) hold that keeps shape all day without getting crunchy or hard. I love the matte finish on my hair, because I am not a fan of the greasy look. Even if I skip a wash, it is easy to restyle the next morning with damp hands, or a quick brush through. My hair is naturally a bit frizzy, and it tames this as well, keeping it nice and neat looking while not feeling heavy. As a bonus, the scent is nice and clean! Not overpowering at all. The only small tradeoff is that it takes a bit of extra scrubbing to wash out in the shower compared to other gels or pomades. This is the cost of having a great quality product that is reworkable. After trying other brands in this same category, Suavecito Firme Clay is still my go-to! You get a lot for your money, as I can go for months before needing more.

Valido , ma rispetto alla cera hard, essendo argilla, lascia un po' il capello unto e con impercettibili residui. Va frizionato molto tra le mani e una volta applicato sul capello modella la chioma come si vuole , anche per capelli resistenti e tosti come i miei
