This works really well for me, my skin feels noticeably softer and healthier. I originally started taking it for immune support, but I’m now appreciating the other physical benefits too. As we went into and through the sick season, it is nice to feel like I’m taking some proactive steps. I usually prefer ordering directly from the manufacturer’s website because I worry about quality on platforms like Amazon, but so far, so good! The quality has been consistent, and since the price is similar, I’ll keep ordering here for the convenience.

I've been using Life Extension products for years. They have a very high quality, consistent manufacturing process for all their supplements and vitamins. I now order all my Life Extension products exclusively from Amazon. Great products they are!

They do make me a bit nauseous if I don’t eat, larger in size and not super easy to swallow.
