I love manic panic and in my opinion is the best brand if you want vibrant colors that last. easy to use, can use straight out of the jar with no other products needed. colors last and like I said are very vibrant. colors are always more vibrant if you pre bleach your hair first. the lighter the hair the more vibrant the color. and the best part is you can leave this stuff on your hair for as long as you want to and it will never damage it. I usually leave it on over night and then wash it out in the morning and the color lasts for weeks.

Manic Panic was all I had available when I was 15 and worked great so I never questioned it and have kept using it for 20 years. This orange has long been a favorite. This was my first time using it since before the pandemic started though, because I'm immunocompromised and mostly wasn't dying my hair since I was never going out. It didn't look or feel like I remembered, but it had been so long that I tried it anyway. Certainly I was misremembering right? It foamed up in to a nasty yellow color as I applied it and I prayed it didn't actually look that way when rinsed. A single finger of the monkey's paw curled inward and it turned out WORSE. I have the ugliest yellow hair, and that is where it even took! The color isn't just wrong, it's patchy. I should've taken manic panic's BLACK lasting a single wash on bleached hair a couple years ago as a sign it is overpriced sludge these days. Now I need to find something to cover this bloody pee water blonde.

I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could, I love it, but only for about a week. I used Electric Tiger Lily over my natural, medium ash (dish-watery) blonde hair and over part of my completely bleached out bangs. Over my natural color it turned a very nice bright copper, as I was hoping, and awesome, fiery electric tiger lily over the bleached out portion. I loved it, and I've repeated a couple of times. I'm only giving this 3 stars, however, because it doesn't fade out as orange or copper, it fades to a neon yellow in a week. And it stains my hair that color. It's been that sort of don't-shoot-me neon yellow (with almost green hints) for 4 weeks now, and it doesn't seem to be fading anymore. Anyway, I like it being orange so much, I'm going to switch brands to get something that will last a bit longer (going with pravana). Otherwise, I think I'd have to use permanent blonde dye over it to get rid of the yellow stain. Other info: Follow the instructions! And, the longer you leave the color in, the better it will turn out. 2 hours works well. Covered with a shower cap and did chores during that time.

Make sure to read reviews specific to the color you're looking to buy. Some of the color previews are way off so that gets this brand a 4/5 overall. I've used other shades in the past but only reviewing recent purchases. Electric Tiger Lily: The preview in the product images is way off. like other reviews have said its much more on the yellow orange side. I was counting on this because i put it on top of faded pink and didn't want it to lean to red. As such it turned out the color i was looking for. not many uv orange options, I'd recommend mixing a bit of red to achieve a true orange. The dye came off my skin easily except for the uv stain which only showed under blacklight. Electric Lizard: Very accurate to the previews! Highly recommend this highlighter green. Colors are still vibrant! The orange has shifted a little more yellowish but is still very clearly orange. The green has only BARELY faded and unless you compare pictures side by side you would not think its faded at all.

First timer to manic panic after hearing about them for years. I started on top of medium neutral blonde/light brown virgin hair which I then lightened with a diluted solution of developer 30 creme with the flash brite bleach powder stuff. It got lightened to a nice yellowy brassy color. I was going for this exact color so it was perfect! Just gave me the right pop of anime orange haha. Beginner friendly. At my length I used a bit too much and used all of a single 1oz jar. Hope this helps anyone else going for a nice butter chicken orange/yellow shade haha

I recently colored my dyed light ash blonde hair medium auburn with L'Oreal Excellence Light Auburn. The color was nice, but I wanted a more vibrant (yet still sort of natural) rusty red-orange and the dye hadn't stuck to my dried ends as well as I'd hoped. I used Electric Tiger Lilly mixed with just a little bit of Pillarbox red. Put it all over my red hair for about 25 minutes and it came out so glorious, exactly what I wanted my hair to be. Super shiny, multi-tonal, yet even all over; a pretty, still pretty natural looking rusty red-orange. Definitely recommend this combo to brighten up auburn/red hair without looking too fake or neon; not that there's anything wrong with that; I used to have blue hair :) I'll be using this regularly to keep my red hair vibrant without having to use harsh dyes (aside from at my roots)

I used this electric tiger on my blond hair..nd it turned yellow.... seriously waste of money.

I just had my “electric tiger lilly” wich is supposed to be bright orange…. I noticed it seemed a bit discoloured in tub but continued anyway washed it out to find it was bright yellow after putting it on almost a white base the seal under the lid also had hair shavings on it clearly either out of date or been tampered with

La marca me encanta y al ser alérgica es lo que uso desde hace años. Este color en la segunda vez que lo uso el tiger lily,pero no lo volveré a usar puesto que con una sola lavada,se ha ido tornando el naranja a un amarillo pollito feo feo. Son tonos bonitos y no dañan el cabello,pero no todos son lo que espero.

Je voulais ajouter un peu de couleur dans mes cheveux, alors j'ai voulu tester cette marque et je regrette. J'ai pris une couleur orange pour des cheveux blonds Les instructions disent 30 minutes de pose. On ne voit presque rien.. j'ai donc dû refaire une pause de plusieurs heures pour qu'on voit la couleur. (J'avais fais un essai d'abord, j'ai bien fait) Ensuite, il est dit que ça brille sous la lumière noire (et non dans le noir attention) donc cet effet fluo qu'on nous vante sur le packaging, n'est possible que sous une lumière spécifique est inutile, car à aucun moment on se retrouve exposé sous une lumière noire ! Pour la couleur après 3h de pose c'est sympa, jusqu'au premier shampooing.. La couleur part extrêmement vite, mais elle laisse un fond de couleur jaune orangé à certains endroits et verdâtres à d'autres. Ce qui gâche notre couleur de base. Puis vu la taille du pot il ne faut pas avoir beaucoup de cheveux. J'ai détesté ce produit. Je ne recommande pas du tout
