Will this fit an 08 Nissan Titan? OEM photos look identical to this. People say it doesn't fit but don't say what vehicle they have.

I have a 2001 Toyota Sequoia 4wd and I can confirm that it fits that. Not sure about your Nissan Titan. Does it confirm it will fit when you add your car to the part fit check on Amazon?

Is MMTS-Y61-97 compatible with Nissan patrol 1999 tb45 engine ?

I just installed it in a Patrol 2004 with engine tb48de. If they (tb45 and tb48) share the same part for the thermostat, it should fit.
