Does this stay dissolved are there any issues with clogged filters?

I have no problems with it i dissolve it first in a jug of hot water

How many doses of 10g per litre should be used per application

10g per litre is the rate you dissolve it for use. Not the dosage for the hot tub or pool. The dosage rate for your pool water is on the side of the tub and is very much less than that. Work out your dose, using that chart. So if your dosage is 15g for your pool, dissolve it in at least 1.5litres of water before pouring it in. It’s designed to keep the concentration safer and to ensure its dissolved fully.

Does the hob tub water need to be at a specific temperature range for this to work, or can it work at any temperature?

Non-chlorine shock generally works better at higher water temperatures, so normal operating temperature is best.
