You should size up 1-2 sizes. My husband wears a large, but the XXL fits, other than the sleeves being too long. It is too late to return the jacket, but he was able to fold the cuffs on the sleeves to accommodate the length. Overall, is a good quality brand, but be warned that the jackets do run small.

I HAVE WANTED THIS COAT FOR A COUPLE OF YEAR NOW AND FINALLY PURCHASED IT. THE QUALITY AND WORKMENSHIP IS GREAT BUT I ONLY GAVE IT A 3 STAR RATING BASED ON FIT. IM A NORMAL FIT GUY. MED SIZE FITS WELL UNTILL YOU RAISE YOUR ARMS OUT OR UP. IT IS ALMOST TO TIGHT TO WEAR ALL DAY. SO NEEDS MORE ROOM IN SHOULDERS TO GET A 5 STAR.
