Not Just for Funiture - Great Helper in the Kitchen!!!!
The pads are terrific. I put them on my dining room set and the chairs easily slide. More impressive however, are how they work in my kitchen under my counter appliances. I put them on the bottom of my kitchen appliances and it has made a world of difference. My VitaMix slides easily from its resting place when I want to use it at a different part of the counter. My rice cooker slides to me with one finger. My very heavy food processor which normally screeches and stutters as I try to move it closer to me when I need it, now easily glides. I plan on buying more and putting them under my washer and dryer, refrigerator, outside freezer and just about anything that sits on the floor.

dense felt and tenacious adhesive
I needed new felt pads to go on a set of bar stools after replacing carpet with SPC flooring. These worked perfectly. I was so pleased with them that I installed them on our dining room chairs as well, they are higher quality than the ones I used 5 years ago on those chairs. It is best to clean off the bottom of the chair leg with alcohol, 409, etc so that it is completely clean in order to get the best bond with the adhesive on the pads. The dense felt of these will last a good long time.

Good, helpful product overall
These are incredibly easy to attach, and definitely do their job. I love moving a chair without hearing the loud scratching sound! We even attached them to the front of our bar stool so they wouldn’t hit the walls. The only downside is they detach after awhile and I have to purchase them again. Even though they fall off after awhile, I will still repurchase and would recommend them.

If you have hardwood floors this should be under all furniture.
These protect our floors pretty well. I appreciate that they haven't fallen off after being applied. I also like that so many of them come in a package, so I can replace them as often as I deem necessary without feeling I'm going to run out soon. One potential problem I've observed is that the fibers have gotten matted down and harder/less spongy over time. They also seem to collect dust/grit in the fibers, and there's definitely more friction now when I scoot my chair back than when they were freshly applied. Because of the picked-up grit, the chair feet might still be damaging my floor with these on, but if that's the case, it's pretty minor and I can't tell if the scratches on the floor are from before I put the stickers on or if they're new. Anyway, these are pretty affordable and I can always reapply new pads if I'm worried. If you find this helpful please hit yes.

Work well, unobtrusive
I've stuck these on the bottom corner of pretty much every piece of furniture in my house, whether said furniture has legs/feet or not. They work well - my wife can slide ANY of the furniture around on our hardwood floors all by herself now, which she loves, and the kids don't scar up the floors when they push chairs around everywhere all day every day. What I really like about these - aside from them being much cheaper than the "pro sliders" - is that you can't SEE that they are there. So you don't have big ugly feet protruding under your furniture - the furniture looks just like normal, but you can move it around without scratching up your floors. Total win.

Solid, sturdy and nicely-colored
Before switching brands I first bought these felt pads for a single chair in February 2016 (for $13) and they came in handy until I gave said chair away! I simply rubbed dish soap and water on the bottom of the chair legs, dried with a paper towel, then stuck the pads on to perfect effect. The pads did not degrade though granted I did not drag the chair and gently sat on it instead of simply plunking down. They also did not leave any obvious marks or indentations on the carpet and actually blended in nicely with the color. For being a generally useful item sold at a great price, the “Self-Stick 1-Inch Furniture Round Felt Pads for Hard Surfaces, Oatmeal, 48-Piece” gets a serviceable 3/5 stars!

Good to prevent scratches and marks
I started using these on the bottom of chair legs to protect hardwood floors, and realized they were also good on the backs of furniture to prevent it from marking walls if it gets pushed back too far, and on large picture frames to prevent them from marking walls as well. I have discovered that the bottoms of chair legs do have to be flat to the floor or these will work their way off. Not all chair legs are cut to sit flat on the floor, those that are not flat have to be sawed or sanded to sit flat to the floor before these are used, but I consider that a defect n chair manufacture, not a problem with the felts. These have held up extremely well over long usage on chairs that are moved over hardwood frequently while being sat in, providing the bottom of the chair leg is flat. When the bottom of the chair leg is at an angle, they come off after only a short time, but so did everything else I tried.

Quality Product, Good Stick
Excellent product for the price. I had purchased a smaller version of these before and they lasted a long time on the bottom of my kitchen chairs. I like these ones as they are a little larger. I use them on the bottom of the chairs in the kitchen, so the wood chairs don't rub on the hardwood floor. These are very easy to to put on, simply peel the backing off them and they stick real well to the bottom of the wood chair. I have had these on for a few weeks and they work great.

The landlord replaced our beaten up, hundred-year-old floors with some nice new faux wood. To try and keep them protected and make sure we don't lose our security deposit, we started using these felt pads and for the past couple months they've been great! We put them on the bottom of chairs, bedside tables, and every other piece of IKEA we have. So far they've stuck on very well, slide smoothly and the floors don't have a scratch on them. I bought an extra pack in case they ever wear out. Mos def recommend.

You may need to fix these pads by using a stronger glue, the standard is not that strong for the job. The felt pads are tick and very dense, wont get thinner.

But I wouldn't advise using these on heavy-duty furniture like a bed. The glue simply fails on those. Had it on both beds and all of the pads on 9 legs of the beds came off.
