Admitting you have a problem is the first step to rehabilitation, and I must admit an addiction to Hooters Three Mile Island wing sauce. I would drink it if that wouldn't be too weird and the stuff of malcontents.Anyway, this is close to the restaurant sauce, but there are some differences. The real sauce is thicker, saltier, and has a garlic component to it. You can make this taste the same by melting a pat of butter to mix with it and adding a pinch of salt and a touch of garlic powder or minced fresh garlic.This gets me close enough to keep me at home making my own wings, and with a little work, it can be made nearly indistinguishable from the real thing.Four stars for not just giving us the real restaurant sauce.

In my area, Hooter restaurants have closed and I came across the chicken Hooter breading and sauce and I ordered it. It’s very simple to make. It’s like having Hooter wings restaurant in your own kitchen. Best part of eating these wing, which by the way taste just like the ones from the restaurant is that I don’t have to tip the waitress!
