Solgar, Msm 1000 Mg, 120 Tablets

I've ordered Solgar MSM pills at least twice in 2020 so far and have received the real quality product that is the same as I can buy at the vitamin store. MSM doesn't help with my joint pain but I continue to take it because I've found if I take 4,000mg a day, it almost completely prevents migraines for me. Drawbacks: it's a large pill. if you hold the pill in your mouth too long it tastes really nasty. The drawbacks are minor to me and I'm happy with this product which I've been taking for many years.

Solgar MSM is an excellent supplement for naturally reducing inflammation that can cause arthritis and tendonitis pain. I suffered with tendonitis in both elbows and tried many possible solutions including massage therapy, magnet therapy, acupuncture and eventually cortisone shots in my elbows. The shots were the only approach that helped, but the effect was only temporary, about 6 months. Also, there is a limit as to how many shots you can get since they weaken the tissue. I reached my limit with 3 in one elbow and 4 in the other. Fortunately, I owned a health food store and discovered MSM. It is truly a miracle and I have seen it help many people. It may take a while for it to kick in since it is a natural product, but it worked for me and many others. Solgar MSM is the one that I know works whereas other brands may not.

i like these, don't know about how effective they are yet but they are GIGANTIC. It is s struggle to swallow them...that being said, I will still take them! Just know if you have issues with pill swallowing - these are HUGE.

I take it along with 1000 mcg of biotin and it works wonders. I've noticed I have a thicker head of hair. The only problem I have is that the pills are a bit big so they're kinda hard to swallow. I will continue to buy because I love Solgar products!

I had been taking a combination (Glucosamine), but upon recommendation researched MSM only capsules. I have had Solgar recommended by a health practitioner, so always prefer their products, and this has not disappointed. I have noticed an easing in the pain - from being continuously uncomfortable, to occasionally uncomfortable after exertion. That is good enough for me!

this product is amazing at helping to grow hair more volumous and thicker, and has helped my very fine fragile hair immensely. I am 51 years old and have never had better hair. also my nails are much stronger and never break. Thoroughly recommend this product for anyone that has suffered weak fine hair and nails, as well as hair loss. You should notice an improvement after about 3months of taking this, and of course, need to keep taking this. I always take one tablet per day and will continue to do so. Well done for a great product, and i find solgar is always of the highest quality and take their 1000mg Vit C each day too.
