What is in this product?????

I just got the product, so I attached a video of the back ingredients list and the front of the bottle. It has: Niacin, Calcium, Magnesium aspartate, l-tryptophan, GABA, Jujube seed extract 2%, Valerian root extract 0.8%, Inositol, Ashwaganda root extract 1.5%, Chamomile flower, Lemon balm leaf, Venetron© (Rafuma leaf extract). I got this for the Venetron and was confused bc I found their product on another website listed it as an ingredient, but there was no ingredient list for this product on Amazon, so I took a chance. I even asked a question and got 2 responses: Yes and No. Well, yes it does have it. So I have the video to prove the ingredients. Hope this helps everyone!

Why must this be stopped after 5 days of use? How long does one stop for?

Usually supplements work best when not taken everyday for long periods of time. Taking it for 5 days on and 2 days off in one week would be considered "cycling." This helps to prevent tolerance to develop to the ingredients. I've found there are many supplements that if taken for sleep can affect your body's natural sleep cycle and circadian rhythm and other issues, well, depending on what it is or how potent. To prevent dependency on a sleep aid, it is best to take it as needed, but not everyday. The recommendation of no more than 5 days consecutively seems to be a way to keep it from building both tolerance and dependency. Otherwise, for example, you may find it isn't working as well if you don't take breaks. You may need additional capsules for the same effects. Or if you take for extended periods of time for sleep or calming, you may experience a rebound effect stopping abruptly. Using only 5 days at a time should prevent all of this in theory, but everyone responds differently. I would say if you take for 5 days, then take at least 2 days off. It may be you need to take a week off. It really depends on the person and what other medications and supplements they may be taking. You'll probably need to figure it out for yourself. For example, if 2 days off isn't enough to keep the results you desire, take 2 weeks off and try again but with 4 days off. Keep doing this until you find the days that work for you. Again, it depends on what you're also taking and your own lifestyle and genetics to how much of a break you may need. Some report they don't even take a break. But the manufacturer recommends you take one every 5 days of consecutive use. If you don't use it 5 days consecutively, then you may not need a break. Many supplements are like this, although not all manufacturers will label their bottles in regards to it which is why some products stop working for some people.

Does this have venetron in it?

Yes it does have Venetron. I have this product to be quite helpful with insomnia, btw.

Great Product, it really helps, its a blend and it has 5mg Melatonin per capsule. NOTE: you have to take it 30 mins prior the hour of sleep and turn off any screen to relax.

Really Works

I was nervous to try a sleep aid - you never know with these things. This one really worked. I was relaxed and sleeping in about an hour after taking. I started with only 1 capsule - not the recommended 2. I did have a hard time waking up, but the feeling went away quickly. No other "side effects" that I noticed. I took it for 2 days and on the third day I did not, and fell asleep without taking a capsule. Will use when I need it. It works well. Definitely recommend.

Quality control

I like this product and feel it is working well for me. However, in my last order I had empty capsules. Since I was not sure how many I had actually already used I was not able to know if I was shorted the number of filled capsules or if if these were just extras. It makes me concerned now about the quality control of the product. I will be checking my next order to see what is in it from the beginning.

Works!

Im an herbalist by profession (for horses and dogs) and I drink a lot of relaxing teas but have never gotten into making my own capsules as "pill fillers" are a pain to use. Ive used other relaxing products like this when I want to just take a pill and go to bed...as my days are long and tiring and my back lets me know Ive overdone it on a regular basis! The reason I like this blend in particular is that while I have taken other blends that are effective, this one doesnt give me hot flashes (dont need more of those!) nor does it gives me the "burps" as some do. Have to give my daughter credit, she found these first and highly recommended them! I pair them with calcium/magnesium/zinc for a good relaxing nights sleep especially when I am dealing with very sore muscles and a cranky back.
