Helps with keeping the toes seperated, only wish they could make JUST a left or right sock, as my foot without the bunion hates the sock in between the toes. Please make JUST left or JUST right socks with a matching non toe spacer.Socks are comfortable otherwise. Please consider my plea because not everybody has two bunions.In the meantime, I will buy another pair.... somehow match it with just a regulat sock on my right foot.

I'm in my mid-40's and have had bunion pain for about 5 years that makes it so hard to exercise. The shoes rub against the bunion and my toes always seem to bunch up a bit and it makes them go numb and everything hurts later. I went and got some better shoes at a good shoe store and they recommended I go up half a size. That helped a lot! Then I searched for bunion socks and saw these had good reviews. I LOVE them. If you have any toe issues between the big toe and 2nd toe they nicely separate them without the material inside seeming too thick. It's just right! I have no more toe issues when exercising because they keep them in their places (and I do think having a bigger shoe size helped a lot). The only thing I feel is missing is that I thought they'd have a little padding on the joint/bunion area to help with shoe friction, but they don't. I don't guess the ad said either way, I probably just assumed it. That would help a lot and I feel it's missing. To help with this, I bought some wooden shoe stretchers that have little bunion plastic add-on's and they stretched my shoes out nicely and it helped that some. They also make products you can use to pad that part of your foot if you do some looking. Bunions, the bane of my existence, aren't so bad now! One more recommendation, an elliptical seems to be the best exercise to get cardio simply because my foot does not leave the ground to "rub" and these socks help the toe numbness. I could not use the elliptical much prior to these socks. I hope my review helps someone!

I rotate between my 2 pairs of these socks pretty much every day-- grungy as that is, they really do work to prevent bunion pain. Cheap gel toe-spacers work for me too, but I don't really like the feel of them, and these socks function in the same way but are more comfortable. The wool keeps them from getting stinky, so they can handle a few wears before washing. I recommended them to my mom, who also has bunion pain, and she likewise loves them! Thanks to Sockwell for such a great product.

Bought the M-LG size that fits really well. There’s a place for the big toe and another place for all the other toes. I don’t normally pay this much for one pair of socks ... wish they were at a lower price or at least have a sale for buy one get another pair for half price.

Don’t get me wrong - I love Injinji toe socks. My bunions, however, need some extra care when I’m running, and my feet still need natural breathability and odor protection. These Sockwell socks fit the bill. Yes they are made with wool, but I run in some serious heat and these socks stay comfortable all run long, from three miles to twenty. And they do help cushion the bunion. The split toe helps a lot too by separating the big toe. I now have four or five pairs so I can wear them on every run.

I was hoping these were like some previous bunion socks I purchased (no longer available) that had an actual wedge spacer sewed in between the big toe and adjacent toe. Unfortunately, these socks do not have such a spacer and separation is made purely via the fabric. I guess they're okay, but not quite what I wanted.

Was surprised how well these socks worked. Training and my bunion became enflamed and painful. Initially bought one pair bit after I loved them so much ordered a second pair. Inly complaint is they are exepnsive.

I love, love these socks. They are the absolute best for bunion relief. I wish they came in white and more colors.I have about seven pairs and probably will buy more.

I spent almost $60.00 for this??? A big disappointment
