Most delicious roast beef
Fast delivery, this Roast beef was wonderful, the seasoning supplied with order, gave it a great taste, I only splashed it with a little bit of red wine and popped it in an air fryer for 1 1/2 hours. The only bad thing I have to say about it is the size, it was a bit on the small side. But it was perfect for Three to Four people. Overall I would order again.

Good Value, great flavor
This seemed a little expensive to me in the beginning. After preparing it according to the included directions, we served it to our family for Christmas supper. It was tender, very tasty. Everyone loved it. I will be recommending to others and ordering it again for myself.

Very small
I prime rib was absolutely delicious. The only thing I will warn people is about the size. I order a 4-5 lb and received a 4/5 pound roast. It was extremely small. I had to feel a party of 6 adults with that small. If you go directly to Kansas City Steaks they give you more options and more sizes. The meat came out perfect and was delicious. Just their roast run extremely small I did end up buy and additional roast.

absolutely terrible! full of nerve and gristle! they sent a replacement and it was even worse!

not for my family--too small for 10 adults and 4 younger children
size not good. $165 for meat and shipping. I ordered since I am currently in WC and hubby is worn out doing everything I do, not to mention setting up for Christmas. I will have to cook a good steak for the younger children, besides skimping on the slices for adults. I will need to cook this while we go to Christmas Eve service. I can do this with low temp, but will it all be rare enough for most of my "rare" only meat eaters? This makes very anxious. Roast not as large as photo seems to represent!

I ADORE PRIME RIB. So I tend to be VERY critical of them especially by ONLINE ORDER. However this company DOSE NOT FAIL TO DELIVER A DELICIOUS TENDER ROAST.THAW ROAST COMPLETELY in REFRIGERATOR BEFORE COOKING. Let sit OUTSIDE your REFRIGERATOR to reach ROOM TEMP. THIS IS A most IMPORTANT STEP it allows the Roast to COOK EVENLY. THEN Preheat oven to 500° yes thats correct 500°!!!. Put roast in pan according to Their directions. IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING ROAST IN OVEN LET COOK 5MINS PER LBS AND IMMEDIATELY TURN THE OVEN OFF. DO NOT OPEN DOOR!!! UNTILL YOU REACH YOUR DESIRED DONENESS. FOR ME THAT's MED.RARE! SO FOR 4LBS ROAST 5MIN/LB=20MINS TURN OFF OVEN!! & LET ROAST STAY 'WITHOUT HEAT FOR AN HOUR - 75MINS. Let it rest for 10mins and you will have the PERFECT RESTAURANT QUALITY JUICY PINK CENTER garlic/HERB seasoned Prime rib. Truly a TREAT. .P.s. THE SEASONING IS NOT OVERWHELMING!I WILL DEFINITELY be ORDERING AGAIN!Bon-appetite
