Hominter Blue Crystal Glass & Gray Stone Mosaic 1x2 Subway Tile, Natural Veining Polished Marble for Kitchen Backsplashes, Accent Walls and Bathroom Shower Tiles (3x12 Sample)

This tile was hands down the best I have ever used. I was skeptical buying this online, especially when I read "cracked pieces. " however, I had absolutely no cracked pieces. From the start of laying out my tile, mortar, grouting and puffing the tile I had no problems. Once again absolutely gorgeous!!!!! And extremely satisfied. One negative is that I bought way to much and would have like the return window to be a little longer.

I used this mosaic for the floor and alcoves in a new shower. While certainly on the pricery side this tile had the look that the customer wanted and nothing comparable could be found in any brick and mortar store. I think what your paying for is the unique "look" as other than that this was just like any other mosaic tile. Shipping was super fast and the product arrived within a few days. As to be expected when shipping any fragile product, especially a product such as tile there was some damage. The top two and the bottom two mosaic sheets had damage to one or two pieces per sheet, so the damaged sheets by and large where still usable when cut with a wet saw accordingly. However, I accounted for some shipping damage in my estimate and added it to the 10% waste for cut pieces/ unusable material, etc. I think I figured an extra 5% for shipping damage. This worked out nicely as i used all but 1 sheet to complete the project. The product adhered nicely to the thin set mortar and there were no install issues whatsoever. However the individual tiles could have been adhered to the white mesh a little better as this made using a full sheet a delicate procedure. The glass and marble pieces looked nice and of good quality. I know the manufacture says not to use this tile on the floor or on the floor of a shower, but I went ahead and did it anyway as that is what the customer wanted and they have not had any issues with the tile being to slick when wet or slipping on it or loosing their footing whatsoever and are very pleased with how it turned out. I would buy and recommend this tile again in the future.

Tile arrived quickly, not 1 piece was broken or even chipped. Installation was what I expected and the finished product was beautiful. The blue glass really stands out from the stone. Very pleased.

I am so disappointed. I have cobalt blue glass accents in my kitchen, so I was very excited to find these tiles for the backsplash. They are indeed beautiful, but the blue glass is more aqua and electric blue than cobalt, not at all how any of the pictures online look. Up against my cobalt glass knobs it just looks wrong. We bought a few sheets to just see how they look first. Good thing, I'll be sending them back. If these had truly been "dark blue" glass as stated in the description I would have been so happy.

Absolutely love the color combination the tile itself wasn’t perfect there were a few chips here and there but I absolutely love it

For $24 this sample was hugely disappointing. Right out of the box it was obvious that I wasn't going to use this tile in anything but a project that involved cutting the individual pieces apart. The color is beautiful, but the grey marble tiles are chipped and the gap spacing and tile alignment is TERRIBLE.

The product was fine, no complaints about the tiles durning and after installation. They went up just like tile should. Here's the problem: two of the four boxes we ordered had at 11 total tile sheets damaged. So out of 4 boxes, one full box was damaged. The end tiles were BROKEN. The boxes were fine, no outer signs of visible damage, and the tiles seemed to be well packed. Still, 11 were broken! Because the outside of the two boxes were fine, we didn't notice the broken tiles until we started to install them. And unfortunately, this was past the 30 day return window (for an easy exchange).Bottom line: INSPECT THE TILES AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM!!!!
