This package was suppose to have 20 cow print balloons, 2 large balloons , and banner.I only received 10 cow print balloons instead of 20. I’m ticked! It’s the day of the party and we have no time to get more. This was so disappointing!

The balloons were great! Super cute! The banner however, was very tiny and you literally had to piece it together!!
