I make a daily smoothie mid to late morning and that is how I break my fast. Greens powders are always included. I don't typically drink them alone in a glass of water or juice. I prefer this wheatgrass juice powder because it is fresh smelling, it does not add an overwhelming grassy taste to my smoothie, and it seems to give me a bit of an energy boost each day. Drinking these smoothies help me cover nutritional gaps in the rest of my diet, keeps me regular, and gets me off to a good start in my day. I pack my smoothies with frozen fruit, kale or spinach, chia seeds, collagen, cacao, and a few other supplement powders like this one. This brand and its powder supplement products are among my favorites to use.

Yes, great stuff; tastes good, but even better with a splash of lemon juice and a dapple of coconut oil… Goes in solution ok but sticks a bit to fingers as the scooper is a quite short. It makes me feel good, no unpleasant aftertaste. I use it to compliment my alkaline diet. Recommend and will buy again.

I like the taste and it’s so good for you, but it says gluten free. You have to be careful, because it’s gluten free if the grass is used before 10 days. Research it more. Highly important to know if you are allergic to gluten. I bought it without knowing this, and I paid the price and it can’t be returned.

It works flawlessly, however be aware that you must take it for a considerable amount of time. Following the use of three jars of this powder, I saw a notable improvement. Recommended!

I bought this as I suffer from gluten and fructose intolerance. I was looking for something to help detox and found this works well for me, didn’t bloat me and helped to gently detox me.
