Is this really 5.5 oz? Picture says 2.5 oz

Mine was. I was kind of expecting the 2.5 and the huge 5.5 showed up. It won't go to waste, my cichlids are pigs.

Is the Formula 2 made for algea eating fish like tangs?

Yes. It's the best food in flake or pellet for auto feeders and has kept my yellow tangs and blue tangs alive for well over 8 years of age!
