Journal- Men Professional Hardcover – September 15, 2011

The book is nice enough, but its actually hard to use. The way the thing flips open takes up additional space and gets in the way. If you are not putting it down flat on a table to write it becomes a bit unwieldy. Even then when I find myself taking notes in smaller work spaces with others in a group I quickly decide this is not the right book for that and grab something else. But it looks nice enough and I did like the way the pages were designed. So my issue is more that this is a case of form over function.

I actually love this journal but the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the company does it a disservice by marketing and labeling it as a men's journal. I'm a woman and I love the aesthetics of it. It came in perfect condition and all the pages are beautifully designed. The magnet that holds it together is nice and strong, so I really like that as well.

Not at all what I expected. The cover is very fake looking in real life. The pages are a bit dark and some of the decorative pictures on each page looks like clip art. I would give this to a 12 year old boy not my husband!

I purchased this for daily use note book. I like the grids and quotes on the inside. However the decorations on the inside make pencil writing unreadable. If I use pen it would be better, but I find the decorations on this inside a distraction.As said before, the binding does not look like leather.This would be tolerable if I wanted manly ornamental pages for my daily deep thoughts. Since I do not write this way, I ordered a different one.

It would have been nice to know that there are quotes on the top of the pages of this journal and the line spacing is huge. This not an adult man's journal. I would not have purchased if I had known these things.

I bought one so I could write some memorable things for my son as I looked at old photos and precious moments that have past (and will come to be). It is not a standard size so keep that in mind. It is about a 6 x 8 inch but adequate enough I feel. You won't be disappointed with the quality.

Didn't realize there would be quotes here and there. Additionally, the pages are . . . interesting, but it works well. Like the magnetic closing system.
