Pump is defective. The dispenser itself mounted just fine. I used my own screws along with the adhesive that was provided. Amazon refunded my purchase. I want to purchase just the pump because I already mounted the dispenser. I am nervous to repurchase the entire unit, for fear that their pumps are defective. One start due to pump not dispensing soap and two stars for amazon customer service.

I bought this soap dispenser for my shop but unfortunately the pump is not dispensing any soap. I am actually surprised about the quality of this hand soap dispenser because in my opinion San Jamar is a great brand but not this time.

Bought it and installed it in a commercial setting. Pump dispenser did not work right out of the box for both units that I bought. Called San Jamar for technical support. They told me to deal with Amazon. Horrible manufacturer! 0 stars was unfortunately not an option!

Despite seller's/manufacturer's claims of this working with any soap, the Amazon basic liquid soap I purchased for it had to be thinned before it would work. Same with both dispensers I purchased, so this does not appear to be a fluke.

This item will not dispense anything thicker than water. We tried multiple soaps, hand sanitizers, lotions, etc. Then we tried diluting each of them. If you can get the soap at the consistency of water then it finally will work.

I received this product 5/25/2021 and I thought it was a quality product. However it broke after less than a month & a half of light use in office,, it just wouldn’t dispense soap. I wouldn’t recommend this product, bad quality.

It didn’t work! Pumped forever to get a squeeze of soap out!
