Works perfectly. It is a manual cut-off tool which makes it much tougher to use in a confined space that a regular nylon zip-try tool. Squeeze the handles till you get your desired tension, then push the long silver bar to make it cut. I use it for outdoor network/telecom.

Great tool good price. very strong and works like a charm.cuts the ends very neat and leaves no sharp edges. the remaining of the metal tie gets hidden once cut.

This thing can't pull the ties very tight at all. I was using it for exhaust wrapping and it doesn't do the job.
