These reusable containers are very handy for packed lunches and dinners. I bought a set of containers to store meals made ahead in the freezer. They're a good size for a meal for one person. They can fit things like one sandwich or one reheat-able meal (e.g. rice, meat & veg), including sauce (they don't leak). They're still fine after a few rounds through the dishwasher.

Lock and lock storage boxes are the best in the world!Airtight,leakproof,freezer and microwave safe{just remember to remove the lid before microwaving though,as it ruins the blue seals inside the lidsThey are very easy to close,unlike most storage boxes,even the round ones are easy to line up and close,and arent fiddly like the inferior quality copies.Very suitable for people with poor hand function too,or children,as they practically close themselves.I dont call them food storage boxes,as they can be used for arts and crafts,grouping sewing things together too,and even card making products.I wouldnt even dream of buying anything but Lock and Lock as these are the best in EVERY way x

These containers are fantastic. Perfect portion sizing for lunch. Have never had an issue with leaking and continue to be useable after multiple times in the dishwasher and microwave.

These storage containers are brilliant, make soup and store in freezer as leakproof as well , and able to take meals to work

I wanted to do away with single use plastic, so no more plastic bags in the freezer. I find these the perfect size for half a pound of mince, 2 pork chops, 2 burgers etc and they stack well in the freezer. I also use one in the fridge for cheese where it keeps well for a long time.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von den Lock & Lock HPL823 Frischhalteboxen! Ich benutze sie regelmäßig, um Essen für meine Mutter vorzukochen, es zu transportieren und dann aufzubewahren. Die quadratische Form und Größe von 870 ml sind perfekt für das Portionieren von Mahlzeiten und die dicht schließenden Deckel sorgen dafür, dass das Essen sicher transportiert werden kann, ohne auszulaufen. Die Boxen sind auch sehr robust und halten das Essen frisch und geschmackvoll. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und würde diese Frischhalteboxen jedem empfehlen, der nach einer zuverlässigen und praktischen Möglichkeit sucht, Essen vorzubereiten, zu transportieren und aufzubewahren.

My freezer is full of these storage containers. I like this size the best for freezing as it is perfect for one large serving of a main dish or two servings of side dishes. I use markers to write on the top, which washes off in hot soapy water; as the lid gets reused it may take a bit of scrubbing to get off. They stack nicely in the freezer. A word to the wise, don't put the lid on if the contents are hot because the lid will bulge at the top and you won't be able to stack them as well in the freezer. Just let the contents cool a bit first. Also, these are very strong, water-tight containers; however they are a bit brittle when frozen around 0 degrees (chest freezer temp) so if you drop them they may crack or break. There is a rubber seal that you can remove (using a pointed steak knife works well) but I don't routinely remove it when washing the lids because it fits tight and I use antibacterial dish soap, so I only remove it if they are visibly soiled. These are also useful containers for all storage needs, not just food. If I have a cracked lid the container is still useful to store hardware or craft supplies.

Ces boites sont tout simplement fabuleuses ❗... (par comparaison avec un tas d'autres boites que j'ai testées)✔️ La qualité des matériaux est bonne, du plastique de la boite (PE sans BPA) au silicone du joint✔️ La qualité de fabrication est très bonne, les détails sont soignés, la finition exemplaire✔️ L'utilisation est facile, suffisamment ergonomique et très pratique✔️ Le lavage est moins évident sans être trop compliqué✔️ Le rangement peut poser problème si vous manquez de place dans vos placards car ces boites ne s’emboîtent pas (si même taille), en revanche elles s’empilent parfaitement une fois fermées✔️ Je trouve en revanche qu’elles sont quand même un poil cher mais il y a assez souvent des promosBilan, plusieurs mois après achat de ces boites dans de multiples formats nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits à la maison comme au bureau ❗...Je recommande chaudement sans hésiter 👍
