Christmas in the Manger: A Christmas Holiday Book for Kids

This is probably the most beautiful Christmas book I have ever seen. The images are crisp and bold, with gorgeous rich colours and lovely simple detail. The text is written in verse and the typeface is perfect for small children who will enjoy the story over several years until they can read it for themselves, by which time this will be a book whose emergence from the loft they will anticipate each year.

Nice first book about the nativity , not very big but ok for the price

Quite a simple book - good for the littlest "readers" great for my 18-month-old, too young for my 3.5 year old - nice take on the nativity and lovely illustrations.

Such a sweet little board book! Perfect for young toddlers who are just starting to learn the reason behind Christmas: Jesus! Short rhymes and colorful illustrations will keep the attention span of any little one. Would make a great 1st Christmas present!

My 11 month old great grandson loves to have this read to him. It is a sweet story of the birth of Jesus, with simple words.
