I purchased these to utilize as part of the clean gut diet protocol (this is the recommended brand). I found that the first week or so was very challenging, especially in terms of all of the supplements. If you are looking to purchase these as part of that program, I would encourage you to push through the difficult first week or so. Maybe you won't do it perfectly, but this time, energy, and financial investment in nutrition and supplementation are a big investment in your overall health. I did the program over a year ago and would love to try doing it again. Once your body is used to the diet and supplements, you'll feel great!

Works to get rid of parasites in your digestive tract, be sure to start with one pill a day for a few days and work up to two, then three gradually. I took three on the first day and had a lot of gut discomfort. I had gotten parasites from a trip to Mexico City Mexico, I just HAD to try to local cuisine which was delicious but came along with some uninvited guests. I was recommended this by my Physician who prefers the Holistic approach before trying pharmaceuticals. Will probably take two or three bottles to completely clean you up, but you will feel much better, no more bloating and stomach discomfort.

We bought this as part of Alejandro Junger's Clean Gut program. How can anybody be sure that a supplement is really working well? I don't know. But I can tell you that neither my wife nor I had any ill side effects from this and it seemed to work well with the other recommended supplements in the program. We both felt sooooo much better during the Clean Gut program, thanks in part to this supplement.

I used it when I was on a clean gut cleanse and it seemed to really help, although I was taking several supplements and they all seemed to help, so I'm not really sure which one made the biggest difference.

These incidents may have been coincidence, so please take that into consideration when evaluating my review.About eight hours after taking this product recently, I became violently ill. I couldn't hold down food for about 18 hours. There was no other explanation for the illness, and it wasn't like anything I had experienced before.About a week later, I tried again (since the tricycline had worked for me before -- except for an episode of violent illness and fever after taking the product for two weeks). Within about eight hours I developed a fever and aches. They faded within 24 hours. There was no other explanation for the illness; the symptoms faded without any other cold or flu symptoms. I ended up discarding the product rather than trying again.I'd like to emphasize that these episodes may not have been due to the tricycline, but both incidents occurred after the tricycline had been in my system for about eight hours.

I bought this as one of the required supplements listed on the 'Clean Gut' diet and it works very well. I couldn't believe how much better I felt on this diet! I have terrible arthritis and after the 5th day of strictly adhering to it most of my aches and pains were gone! After 21 days, I'd lost 16 pounds-probably because I took all of the supplements too.

I purchased this product when I was doing Dr. Junger's Clean Gut Program. This specific supplement was recommended as the Herbal Antimicrobial supplement. I did not have a problem with the supplement itself however, I was concerned that on the label it states "California Proposition 65 Warning: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm." Because of this statement, I would NOT purchase again. Doesn't seem right for vegetarian capsules to contain lead!
