This stuff is great
I made my best batch of caramel using this syrup and it is amazing! The syrup arrived intact, was a decent value that delivered results. It’s a great substitute for corn syrup as it elevates the flavor.

So much better than Corn syrup!
Not that the two are interchangeable, except occasionally, but I avoid making anything with corn syrup, and I love the recipes I’ve made with golden syrup! ( Mostly Scandinavian ones)
