I am using this as masala container, its very useful, its been 4 years still superb... yes u have to maintain it properly monthly i use to clean all the box and wipe out dust by removing all parts separately and fix back as it is.. U must have patience while doing it.. as its very thin glass... lid won't be tight.. but ok for regular use.... Whenever I feel lid it loose I just remove the rubber and flip upside down, so I becomes normal... If the borosil can sell inside spare parts separately it will very helpful, in mine the inner part of the spare small ball bearing got broken while cleaning.. I am searching it everywhere....

Hello Purchased this product couple of week back. Pros Beautiful look Glass jars are nice and can withstand flame temperature without Lid (used to boil water once) but are delicate. Glass jar lid are Air tight at present ( will check more after 3-4 months use). Value for money since Borosil brand with warranty. Stand is good and rotates. Overall product seems durable if used properly. Not for rough use. Cons Stand is not Sturdy, at top level there is imbalance. Sometimes its difficult to take out Jars from bottom level. Glass jar are delicate but good Overall good product with a little faulty Plastic stand. At present given 4 stars, but in future if the Glass jar lids loose there tightness then this product is a waste.

Nice product, value for money

The jar set is really good. Below are points related to thickness, durability and value for money: > The thickness of the jar is kept less to keep it light weight so that jar can be filled with stuff and still the platform would rotate easily. > From the durability standpoint it is durable and will last long because of the material used are good. > Value for money I would rate it 4. Could have been a little lower price if in the range of 1500 then would have been perfect for the quality and build. If you are looking for rotating jar set you can go for it as it has decent sized jars with good capacity and nicely usable.

Quality is good but it's not Air tight container

The concept is good but the product quality is average. Have been using it for more than 1 year. The glass jars need to be handled with extra care. They break easily. Contacted Borosil for replacement jars. Their response after repeated mails and calls is - OUT OF STOCK. Perhaps stock is available for NEW SALE only and not for replacement jars for existing customers. This is good if you are looking for a show piece in your kitchen but certainly not for regular use.
