This laptop is great, refurbished computers are the way to go. However Amazon will only back the vendor when they trust their work by showing the condition of the laptop. This laptop bought as new is worth five times the price. The quality is great and it works like a charm. This laptop is super fast and I am very happy. Thank you Amazon an Sky Electronics Tech for making this great deal available. I highly recommend this laptop!

Computer worked great and was fast right out of the box, it is a little bulky and heavy so not great for travel but as an office work station it is awesome

I just bought this laptop and it arrived today. It looks almost new except for a couple of scratches on the bottom. While checking it out I noticed that it doesn’t seem to have a camera. It does have 2 very small pin holes where the camera should be but when I tried to open the camera it said the device can’t be found. I guess it’s really not that important because I can use my phone or my iPad for video calls. I just thought it was weird that this laptop didn’t have a camera. Especially if “camera” is listed in the start menu.

The power supply sent with computer is only 130 watt. The computer requires a 180 watt power supply. I got a warning message as soon as I plugged in the power supply stating "power supply is only 130 watt, this computer requires a 180 watt power supply. I'm still on the phone with amazon trying to get the correct power supply as I write this. It's been over an hour getting shuttled around to different departments.

Very good display powers up quickly great laptop

Una vez que recibi la computadora todo funcionaba perfecto, cumpliendo expectativas. Una semana despues comence a recibir el mensaje de "Fan malfunction" al iniciar la computadora.Estuve buscando varias formas para obtener soporte y no fue posible, a traves de Amazon no esta la opcion de contactar el Seller y a traves de Dell tampoco fue posible debido a que no estoy en USA y ademas al ser refurbished creo que se vencio la garantia por ser el producto de 2020.Luego me he dado cuenta que el USB del lado izquierdo no funciona bien. Todo lo demas funciona bien hasta ahora, la PC llego perfecta, sin rayaduras ni defectos en el exterior, muy presentable. Tambien me he dado cuenta que la bateria dura alrededor de 2hr 30 min, (me imagino que por ser una computadora refurbished).Para mi experiencia aun funciona la computadora, esoty trabajando con ella sin problemas, sigo viendo el mensaje al inicio pero presiono F1 y arranca normalmente, cumple su funcion y me ayudo a mejorar par ami trabajo que era lo necesario. Me queda la incertidumbre de si funcionara igualmente en futuro y no tengo la posibilidad de aplicar a una garantia.Buen producto, pero conlleva riesgos por ser refurbished.
