Taste rather good Lawreys is good seasoning

We cooked fajitas with this seasoning and turned out superb. I had been using Penzeys fajita seasoning, ran out and decided do replace with another brand. The amazon reviews boasted about parents using this seasoning to cook with and they couldn't find it in stores. This seasoning brings high quality fajita flavor to your home. I made sure to stop by a butcher's meat market and buy boneless and skinless chicken breast. I sliced fajita style and placed in a big mixing bowl and layered on the seasoning, mixing it all up. I added olive oil to pan, then fried the chicken. I had shrimp I put in the mixing bowl along with the onions and bell peppers and coated with the seasoning, too. That's the secret... season your vegetables. When chicken was done, added veggies and shrimp and two minutes later meal was complete. Added to tortillas and wow!!! My partner loved it, but she mentioned it needed salt. Next time, will add a little bit of salt for her taste. For me, it was perfect. It did have heat to it, which was warm and really good. I was impressed and elated to find it. I would recommend the salt version if you have a family member that has to have salt. The container was filled to the brim with the seasoning. No skimping out! The previous night, I used this seasoning to make fried potatoes and onions with ground turkey. Turned out quite good. I sliced the potatoes into medallions and cooked for about 20 minutes before adding the ground turkey. If you get this... be sure to use it a lot. Make it your go to and your recipes will taste more authentic Mexican.

Adds very good depth of flavor while limiting additional salt. It is a very large quantity of spice.

Have to be careful with the amount of sodium in our home, this is perfect seasoning for chicken tacos, fajitas, whatever is cooking!

An old stand-by. I like the balance, it's not too "cumin-forward" like some mixes are. It's my go-to for taco-style meat for burritos or enchiladas. You can add heat to it in many ways if you need it hotter.....
