I've been taken these vitamins now for a couple of months and I can see a huge difference on my hair! It grows more and fails less now and believe me, my hair has been always very week and thin, every time I washed it I felt sad because it was like half of my hair fell off but now?? I am very very very happy and I really recommend these vitamins.

I've been taking the pills for 2 months straight and I'm currently on the 3rd months course. I've noticed a significant reduction in the amount of hair that falls when sleeping and when I touch my hair.

I used it for hair growth and for my skin as it was on the product for 2 months. I didn't notice any significant changes though, but maybe I should have continued for a longer period of time than I did. I like the fact that it's Halal though. I rate it a 4 as it might have been very good,but because I did not continue with so I won't know the effect.

Easy to swallow

I've been taking hair, skin and nail vitamins that I feel have genuinely made a difference, but I now want to put more focus onto my hair, it's quite thick but I lose a lot when I wash it, so hopefully these will help with that. They're well packaged and also gluten free. Although easy enough to swallow they have the most awful taste and leave you with a horrible aftertaste, so much so that I've swapped back to my old tablets. Just the thought of forcing myself to take these would leave me feeling sick.

Very good product, but I did realise that I get heart burn after having this tablet. But otherwise I would recommend due being natural.
