This bell is an excellent value: well-made & LOUD but Buyer beware! Many other bells currently offered on the bell page are NOT the good old-fashioned "RING-RING" kind of bell. They LOOK like the old ones but when you pull the "trigger" it only hits the bell once - giving you ONE "DING" instead of the expected "R-I-N-G"! Not what I expected, but as usual, Amazon's Customer Service agents came through instantly with a refund! And without even having the hassle of actually returning the first bell! Kudos to Amazon's Service people & to Amazon for caring so much about its customers! ( :-}) )

I had gotten a hand-me-down tricycle for my 2 year old grandson which was in great condition but the bell didn't work. The replacement I found on Amazon was inexpensive and beautiful. Just the bright, shiny red color attractive to a 2 year old (and his nana). To top it off it was easy to install! The bell ringer lever sticks a little so a perfectionist might rate it a 4. I love it!

I bought this a while back for my grandson who likes the color blue. He really liked it but it was a bit difficult to adapt to the handle on his razor scooter. Unfortunately it broke after a little while and will no longer ring. So I'm trying it again with the hopes that it will last longer this time.

quality and sounds loud

The bell was easy to install. It is made of good material so it has stood up to the testing of 2 toddlers. And it's still going. The ring is loud and clear.

My daughter's new bike didn't come with a bell so we found this one. The shipping was fast and it came perfectly packaged in a box. It was easy to install, works well, and is the perfect size for my six year old's hand. Definitely recommend.

They are not that durable. They are not sealed to protect from the elements, especially if you have to leave your bike outside or when it's raining. If you tighten it too much to the handle bar, the bell doesn't ring but if you don't tighten it good, it moves around on you. The best part about them is they are simple and cheap so they don't tend to get stolen and if they do, they are cheap to replace.

Poor quality

Just got around to posting this review, but don’t buy this, it broke within 5 minutes of my daughter using it. The central column is made of brittle plastic.

It sits on the bike and goes ding ding. Fulfils its requirements.
