I was skeptical because I never bought these before and we were having a gathering in our home with over 60 people so I bought the traditional backup plates. I was really impressed when I first took them out of the box. They are very clean and elegant looking, durable and heavy weight. I am sold on these and they will become the norm for our gatherings instead of plates that aren't going to get recycled. let's face it, when you have a large party all plates and utensils end up in the regular garbage, I felt good knowing these will break apart on their own!!! Thanks for such a wonderful project.

I decided against using my good china for our Thanksgiving guests but wanted something classy yet disposable. These square plates were the talk of the day! They hold a lot of food and are very sturdy. I never thought I would call a "paper" plate beautiful, but I guess I need to "eat" my words!

I purchased these to go with a place setting for an event I was throwing and I was SO IMPRESSED!I was worried when I bought them that they wouldn't be very high quality but they were both well made and functionally attractive!They make a lovely place setting and were strong enough to hold plenty of food! They were the perfect size!Important to note: They are not 100%, they are more of an off white/ cream color, due to the eco friendly make and design so if you need a completely white setting then I wouldn't recommend. However, that wasn't important for my event so I purchased them and I was very happy with how they turned out!

Very sturdy. Like using real plates and did not get "soggy" with curries/ gravy poured on the plate. I did not feel guilty using these as there are environmentally friendly

Very sturdy! Only complaint is that when hot foods are on these plates it leaves major condensation on the underside. So don’t set the plates on any surface that would be damaged by it.

I bought these for a graduation party. 50 dinner plates and 59 dessert plates that are biodegradable! Great deal for a great product! Would buy again and again and again. Sure you could get disposable plates for way cheaper at dollar tree or Walmart but it feels great to say we didn’t contribute to the ever growing land fills! I also got biodegradea utensils and trash bags (because what would be the point of using biodegradable plates only to put them in a non-biodegradable trash bag?) to complete our eco frIendly meal! Thankful for these!

These looked very nice for the rehearsal dinner and held up nicely with lasagna, salad, and cheesecake with toppings. They’re more of an off white color than true white. Loved the square size...thought it looked a little more classy.

Love, love, love these bowls. I used them for an event where I served Burrito Bowls and they were the perfect size. Not huge so that everyone took too much lol, and not too small to fit everything. They were sturdy and people could carry easily without spilling. Like the square shape for something different. Great material. Would order again!!!
