Works locally with Smart things. Presence sensor is snappy and you can tilt the device in it's recessed frame

Love mains battery option and amount of info available from these. Use one to trigger lights in bedroom and others as alarm sensors but the humidity and other info is also interesting.

Difficult if not impossible to access the individual sensors.

So, I FINALLY found out what my issue is with this device. Amazon sent me the ZW100-C, which is the European version. It is not compatible with my US version Hubitat, which I have because - I live in the US. As a bonus, I have TWO of these, and neither is any use to me. I also let the return window expire.On the plus side, the Aeotec support was very good, with the exception that their 'captcha' is terrible - it displays about 1/16th of the captcha window, making it very difficult to get through the captcha to their support. Which is why I gave tech support 4 of 5 stars - other than the difficulty getting through to them, they were pretty good to deal with.So - make sure you have the right device version that is compatible with your hub.
