365 by Whole Foods Market, Cal-Mag-Zinc with Vitamin D3, Vegetarian, 180 Count

I have been using a competitor brand for a few years, and switched to the Whole Foods brand out of convenience... truly, three times the product, and I seem to sleep much better with this supplement when taken at bedtime. Would definitely recommend trying it out if you are on the fence. Only possible con: The pills are quite large, so you may need a pill cutter.

1st time purchasing & I will keep purchasing more. I have pcos & this definitely help with bringing up my vitamin d and calcium on my bloodwork. Everyone complaining about how big that pill is but I think that’s great cause it shows it has a decent amount of each vitamin. Just make sure to have the pill in your mouth before the water and afterwards swallow with water quickly.

I've been taking these for about 2 months, and seem to be fine. No upset stomach, or any adverse effects. Tablets are large, but I find them easy to swallow.

For all of my adult years, I have been an ardent believer in the benefits of vitamin tablets, and this particular product meets all of my qualification for a healthful supplement. Thumbs Up.

I like the idea of a combo Cal-Mag-Zinc supplement, and the dose of each mineral seems appropriate. But these pills are really really big, and you must take two pills daily for advertised dose. I doubt I'll reorder and look for an alternative that's easier to ingest.

Although these are larger tablets, if you don’t have trouble swallowing pills, these are great cuz you only need 2 to get 1000 mg. No issue with taste & seem to be good quality. Recommend

I use take these daily. Stopped me from cramping. Also helped keep my bowels regulated. These also are easy to swallow.
