Battery-powered LED lantern
Lantern has variable brightness and was competitively priced. Attractive oriental style. Uses three "D" batteries.

meh, flimsier than expected. haven't had to use it yet but it seems pretty cool. hopefully the batteries will last til the day i actually need it.. looks good tho considering other lanterns of this type. matches my asian decor really nicely

Lightweight Lantern
Very lightweight almost cheap feeling. But the light it puts out is okay. Definitely not as substantial as some of my other lanterns from Coleman.

great lantern case
The media could not be loaded. After some years, I hacked the lantern by removing the LEDs and battery cage, using "candle flicker" LEDs powered by a USB cable/adapter. Looks and works great, and includes the variable resistor / dial that is original to the lantern, so brightness can be dialed. The case alone is worth the cost of this product!

Fashionable and Practical
I love this lantern so much that I bought 1 for each room in my house. The 24 bulb LED provides wonderful light. The light has a dimmer that allows you to control the intensity of the light. After Sandy the importance of having a lantern like this really hit home. I love the fact that you can be practical and also be fashionable at the same time. I highly recommend this to everyone. I have given many to my friends as presents and have received many compliments.

It works fine looks exactly like it shows in the picture but it's kind of not very classy I bought some from that company couple years ago and it was much classier but it functions well no problems just not as nice as it could've been for the price. I would buy another one if the price was around $12 or so but it's very functional and it is attractive it's just not very
