It did fit!!
I recently got a cover for my truck bed. I had to remove the backrack to install it due to the original mounts. So I ordered this adapter for my 2016 Ram 2500 Bighorn. It fit perfectly! I got to say it looks great.

Stake pockets are too short.
Back Rack is not a good company. I went on their website to confirm the part number for my application and ordered the part here on amazon. The stake pocket bolts are way too short. I called Back Rack and spoke with Brittany and she said that Amazon was not one of their vendors so she couldn’t warranty the hardware, but instead offers to sell me 2 stake pocket bolts for $50!!! Now the only thing I can do is return the hardware and order from one of their approved vendors. Something tells me I’m going to have the same issue.

Stake bolt too short
Actually liked the back rack product but I bought this for my ram 1500 with a tonneau cover and it didn’t fit. The stake bolt was a bit too small but I was able to make it fit without the raiser.
