Perfect replacement for my Dell XPS 13's screen. Reasonable price, exacting fit, beautiful visual images. extremely well packed box with loads of bubble wrap. Trouble free self installation following free, online videos. Everything works perfectly: ultra high definition screen, touch screen, in-screen camera, wifi antenna, etc. Matching (silver) color.I am typing on this laptop right now.

Excellent Seller, Solved my 7 white/2 amber Flashing Light Problem
I had a fantastic experience with this seller and screen, to echo what most others have written here. The product arrived quickly and excellently wrapped, and the screen seems completely identical to the one I replaced it with.I wanted to write this review, though, just in case others are here because they had the dreaded 7 white, 2 amber blinking lights notification (or 2 amber, 7 white - whatever you may be searching for) that the Dell forums suggested was an LCD malfunction problem. Having a lot of experience working with computer hardware, I was seriously skeptical of this: my laptop had not received any physical damage whatsoever, and pressing the "D" key on startup could even get the screen to display its color test. I removed and disconnected the screen completely and tried getting the laptop to boot just to an external display, and just kept getting the same error. Computer would spin up, get to my usual login screen, and as soon as the fan kicked on for the first time, it would shutdown. I was thinking it had to be some motherboard issue. I found a post on the Dell forums that suggested someone else grabbed a replacement screen on Amazon and installed it and it fixed the issue. Remaining skeptical, I decided to buy it anyway and figured I would make a return if, as I expected, it didn't fix the blinking lights / non-boot problem.As soon as I installed the screen - it worked! Perfectly. No further problems at all. Solved my issue completely, and as I mentioned, you'll never be able to tell this was a replacement screen.So, if you, too, are having this LCD failure notification code coming up on your screen - even if things were working perfectly before - there is a good chance you may have the same problem fixed with this new XPS screen.

Well packaged, works like new
My Dell XPS 13 had the dreaded flashing lights that indicate a display problem.This seller had Prime delivery from an Amazon warehouse which came quickly.The display (whole top lid) was packaged extremely well - lots of bubble wrap to keep it safe.The lid and display were both covered with protective sheets and were in pristine shape - just like when my laptop was new.They even include the tools for the super tiny screws Dell uses to hold everything together! I happen to already have a good set of tools so don't know how well the included tools work.Installation was time consuming (1/2 hour), but straight foreword (look it up on line for clear step by step instructions).Everything matched the original - same colored wires, same hold down tape, same metal shielding tape. All the new tape required was already attached to the cables - all I had to do was remove the backing and apply it where the originals had been.Once installation was done - the computer booted right up and worked perfectly - all the finishes on the case and logos are identical to the one I just took off - you can't even tell the original was replaced.This was literally the best outcome I could have hoped for.

Fits perfectly, easy to assemble, great instructions
I recently accidentally tripped over my laptop, and the screen cracked! Honestly, I was upset as I thought I was facing a $1000+ expenditure for a new laptop, which especially stung because my laptop was working great. I was so happy to have found this product, the original assembly for the LCD screen. Not only the replacement screen fit perfectly, the replacement process itself was easy in part due to the excellent instructions included with the product. I highly recommend this replacement screen!

Nice upgrade from a 1080 non touch screen
Have a 9360 model XPS13 and after 3 1/2 years the 1080 screen failed. Tried to get a replacement elsewhere, but they were out of stock, so went with this higher resolution touch version and prime shipping. Works perfectly, just needed to plug in the touch cable to the empty socket on the motherboard. Believe the seller has youtube installation videos. I used the disassembly instructions on iFixit. No issues, though reinstalling the wifi antenna cables is fiddly. Didn’t really need the higher res screen, but enjoying it, and it’s great to have the touch feature now enabled.

Perfect replacement if you cannot diagnose why your screen goes dark during startup.
This is a really good OEM replacement for the XPS13. One day I found my XPS to not really load anymore, showing vertical bands of light, then going dark to black as Windows tries to load. The diagnostics seemed to work, the beeping was fine, LEDs were showing correctly.Contacted Dell who wanted $225 just to extend the warranty. Given that a new screen was comparable, thought I would give this a try.After watching someone on YouTube, I did the exact same. Took about 30 minutes total and now works perfectly. Given free returns, etc. I think this is definitely worth trying.Note: You will need a Torx T5 to open the case.
