The mixed blessing of having no zipper is something to consider: this vest fits snugly and is warm and comfy, and has no bulky or bumpy zipper to deal with. But it is very difficult to remove this vest without help or without fear of tearing the neoprene or your rotator cuff! You look cool while wearing it but not cool while trying to get it off.

Really surprised how much I like this vest.....it took a while to get a system down taking it off and putting it on without looking like a psych ward escapee! Almost called 911 first time i tried to take it off but couldn't even reach my phone. I am 5'11, 180 and Large fits perfectly...I longboard in Hawaii and stay in the water for 3-5 hours...I opted for a no Zip vest just to wear under a shirt for dawn patrol and windy days...this one is garansbobarans!

After reviewing comments, I did what most said. I’m 5’9 stocky 220lbs so I sized up. i usually wear a XXL and went up to a XXXL . The vest fit my chest perfectly, but the neck was a little tight. The first time I wore it, it fit real comfortable. I first bought the spring suit XLS based on size chart, but there was no way it could have fit a big guy like maself. Was returned with no problem. Now I know what size to order my next one. Great product and service.

Excellent value, construction. Keeps core warm in extreme conditions. (Ambient air temperature 10 degrees water temperature 38-42 degrees.). Wear hooded jacket overtop of product and then a hooded wading jacket. Lightweight pair of waders for cold water flyfishing, I am 6 foot tall and weigh 190 lbs. I bought size XXL fits perfectly. (Snug, but not restrictive for casting.) a little hard to get on/off. I wear capilene t-shirt underneath.

I followed the advice of other reviews and upsized from M to L. Fits spot on. FYI - I’m 5’-11” 165lbs. Fit and feel/quality are great 🤙

Very happy - perfect w boardshorts. Light, good protection from rash and free arm movement. There is a little loop that you can tie into your boardshorts in front to keep from riding up. Well worth the price.

So, I got back into surfing and realized that I did not like my arms covered, so I looked into long-John wetsuits and settled here, with a tank-top for warm days. So, far this top does what I expected it to do. Keep in mind you will get flushed out, but when the water is 75-80 degrees it’s not the end of the world.I will say the reviews shared a common thread to order 1-2 sizes larger, to which I completely agree. For me this meant an xxl, but low and behold, it fit snugly and it’s easy to get on and off.I hope this helps.
