This is the best probiotic! I've tried a few others, like Align and Now, but Probio-10 is vastly superior! I can feel the difference with this product, whereas I was never really sure what the others were really doing for me. I used to get pangs and discomfort during digestion that I had experienced for so long I thought they were normal, but a few days after taking this product I realized that those pains were gone! Plus, I believe it's helped with general inflammation in my body, I feel less puffy and bloated. Also, this has a capsule that withstands stomach acid!!!
