Q: Can this be run by phantom power or from a guitar pedal?

I am running mine off a Truetone CS7 power block.

Q: I do the audio in my church and was wondering can the drummer and pianist use this with the required headphones and communicate with one another?

No, think of this being your own personal monitor/hotspot.

Q: Can this take it's input directly from my electric bass guitar, or does it need to go through an amp first?

It has xlr inputs. I suppose you could use it that way with a preamped acoustic guitar because it's powered. A bass? Not so sure. If you have a powered foot pedal in line first, that might work. Good luck!! :0)
