This helped clear my hormonal acne.. in addition to turmeric and l glutamine.. chatgpt recommended this supplement to me, and it worked. I wish I was kidding that it dried up my acne within a week but it did.. I still have acne scars and hyperpigmentation but since starting this which was over a month I’ve gotten maybe 3 pimples when prior i would get that many in 1-2 days.. very good anti-inflammatory supplement!

I am 65 years old and am suffering with osteoarthritis that gets worse each year. Six months ago or so, I began developing muscle aches that were so painful, I could not sleep. I could not reach for anything or even hold something in my hand, because of the pain. I did not know the cause of this or how to treat it. On a whim, I began researching fibromyalgia. There is no known cure for it, but there are tens of thousands of people who have it and happily share their remedies for coping with it. I was ready to try anything once, so I began experimenting with some of the suggestions. One of those was the use of pantothenic acid. I began taking it regularly and did notice some relief from muscle pain. After a couple months, I slacked off on using it, because I don't like my body becoming dependent on supplements. Within days, the muscle pain came back. I got right back to taking the pantothenic acid and, after a couple days, the pain was gone. I tried going without it again, and the pain returned within only a day or two. I went back on the regular schedule of taking it, and the pain left. I think this stuff is miraculous. I have noticed zero side effects or any other effects at all, apart from totally removing the muscle pain that had begun to debilitate me earlier.

Okay product but taking it for what? I have simply stopped using it after i changed my diet from Keto diet to "Whole Food Plant Based". Plant based diet provides you with all your daily vitamins, minerals, proteins, calcium and provides a nutrition rich diet. I was advised to use these pills the time i was on Keto diet but since keto is bad for health i stopped with that diet and switched over to Plant Based. No use for these.

I bought this for my 21 year old son that has the worst cystic acne. He had stopped using his prescription creams and this was my last time for me to try and help his skin. For some reason, he is not pushing to clear up his skin. I think he is looking for a miracle, overnight product. However, he did decide to take these to give it a chance. We noticed a difference in the break-outs and the look of his face after about 2 wks. He took this about three times a day along with niacin. His older brother actually commented on how his face looked, without knowing he was taking them. I saw a good change. His skin was less oily and his pores shrunk. However, my son is lazy and after about a month or so I realized he was skipping doses and I do not believe he is still taking them. I refuse to beg him to take them. He did not have any stomach issues. I would not recommend the crazy high doses I have seen on you tube. I do believe this will help a lot of kids with acne or oily skin as it prevents the oils and shrinks the pores.

Recently purchased this in hopes getting some restful sleep without waking up and not being able to back to sleep and then sleepy all day. This product has done just that. I take 1 capsule a day usually in the mornings, I feel that I get energy during the day and a very peaceful sleep and rest throughout the night. Even on days that I get up extra early. Great product, will continue to take.

I'm rating the seller, not the product that I have been using for years and I think it's really good. I bought this because the image and the count says 100 capsules. When I received it it was the 50 capsules one. I reported that a long time ago and they came back to me saying that they were going to correct the mistake... After more than one month the error is still there!!
