This is an exact OEM replacement except for turn signal bulb adapter
The Amber 1157 bulb adapter IS wired wrong. Fix: when removing your old headlight, unclip hi&low beam harnesses, but completely remove turn signal bulb and adapter still connected to the harness. Don't use supplied one. Use old.Bulb wattage complaints: Completely false. Factory is 51&60 watt low&hi. That's what is in replacement. Not fitting: Your car has front end trauma. The front end is not true. On vehicle never damaged, these fit like OEM. Damaged, not so nice. Why do the old ones fit? Plastic gave and stayed bent for years and took the bend. If it had happened two days before you replaced, you'd have hard time getting old ones back in too, because the plastic would not have taken to the bend. Unless you are good at body work, re-bending front end back to OEM may be a challenge. The product is EXCELLENT. DIYers, before you remove old assembly, park car, mark where tires are, mark low beam on a wall. I used painters tape. Now you have something to adjust lights back to. My drivers side was down only a little. Passenger side was way low and I really had to adjust a lot to get to correct, but that may have been body damage rather than replacement being out of kilter. This is the biggest trick of all and has nothing to do with the headlights: You need to push the bottom of the bumper in when putting it back on. It needs to be in a position that all of the bumper is lined up to where it needs to go or it will stick out and not seat. So go low, use a knee to push bottom of bumper in towards car, then bring bumper up the couple inches to seat and clip it in. YouTube has videos, but its tough to see what they did and they don't talk about it.This product saved me about $600, I did the work in an unheated garage, without jacking the car up. WD-40 the four bolts the night before (when you should also mark tires and headlights). Also, go to local parts store and ask about replacement bolt clips, bolts, and the plastic fasteners. Another TIP: the two screw out clips, use a flat blade that fits the cross-head, rather than a cross-head. That gives you two chances to get the clip unscrewed. Don't buy any replacements before you need them, but make sure they are open and you have a way to get there if you need to replace broken ones.I WILL buy these again, if I need to, knock on wood that I don't. Needed 10mm socket, slightly smaller that 1/4" flat screwdriver, slightly smaller than 1/8" flat (for those two screw out plastic fasteners), a needle nose, WD-40, and a phillips/cross-head #2 screw driver, and a plastic jar for the clips and screws. Trouble light helps. A second set of hands when removing/re-installing bumper. DO NOT even touch the part of the bumper with the Honda symbol. It is a pain to put back together and comes off under slightest force, like lifting bumper with it.

Great Replacement for my 2003 Accord
These headlight assemblies are a fantastic value. The price was so inexpensive in comparison to the OEM version I was worried the quality would be shoddy; but these turned out to be great. The fit and finish are really good. The price for a "pair," with the high and low beam bulbs included, are about 1/3 the price of "one" OEM unit without any bulbs included. I followed the YouTube video on how to do the replacement and the entire process took about 1.5 hours. I would suggest also getting a new pack of 10 mm Push Type Nylon Bumper Fender Flare Fastener Rivet Clips (915-3-SZ3-003) so when you reinstall the bumper you don't need to reuse the old fasteners. After some years the original fasteners get pretty beat up (especially the ones on the bottom of the bumper) and it is much easier when you reinstall with brand new fasteners. While I was removing the black plastic guard over the radiator, one of the plastic Phillips type retainer striped and would not come off, so I had to drill out the screw. I used a small drill bit so I only drilled out the center of the plastic screw and I was able to reuse the plastic retainer. I just used a similar sized metal screw to fasten it back to the plastic retainer. I also took the suggestion of other reviewers and re-used the original blinker unit in the new assembly and all the lights now work like original equipment. Finally, I ran a leak test by spraying water over the headlight assemblies from all directions for over a minute and I did not detect any moisture seeping into the housing. I am glad I bought these versus the OEM; saved over $400.March 23, 2017 update (18 months later): The headlight's clear plastic housing are holding up well. A little patch of fogging is starting to develop on the top side of left headlight housing, but it's minor (see last picture). Feels like it will be several more years of sunlight exposure before the housing assembly will completely fog over again like the original headlights. Overall this still a really good value.

Not Bad
I was little skeptical about this product after looking at the low price and reviews (where people were complaining about blinker not working and original bulb being bigger). I went ahead and purchased it anyway. Worst thing is, I will lose 75 buck.Anyway, as far as the built goes, it wasn’t like cheap built. I think they did good job. Not sure how long before it will start to fog, but as long as it will last some years, I am ok with buying new and replacing it.I did find out blinker harness that comes with it works but it blinks fast. Existing blinker (original) harness and bulb doesn’t fit. What I did was made the hole bigger to use existing bulb holder socket. When I made hole bigger, I lost bulb holder locking function. I just level the bulb holder and hot glue around it. Only bad part about this, I will have to take whole thing apart to change the bulb if the bulb burns out. The way I look at it is, it sucks to change the bulb on Honda anyway, so I don’t mind taking apart again.I gave four stars just because; they should have changed this product, so that existing harness would fit. Overall I think it was a good purchase.
