the only ingredients are: extra virgin avocado oil,free range egg yolk, apple cider vinegar & himilayan salt. I find it very good.

I love the look of this mayonnaise, but why does it seem so expensive?

Because its the only one on Amazon so they put the price up, separates very easily and doesn't taste that great either.

It is this one good for Dukan diet?

Hey, Our philosphy at Hunter & Gather is that Fat is a vital nutrient and would have been cherished by our ancestors. As such, we do not advocate restricting fat like the Duakn Diet may promote. Many of our bodies vital processes such as hormonal responses require fat. There are also fat-soluble vitamins (A,D, E, K etc.) that require the presence of good fats in our diet. We are not overly familiar with the Dukan diet however it appears it restricts the use of fats and oils. We hope that helps 🙌🏼
