These Gardetto’s Special Request Garlic Rye Chips are one of my all-time favorite snacks. Anyone who eats the regular Gardetto’s mix knows the truth: the rye chips are the BEST part. So having a whole bag of just the garlic rye chips feels like a dream come true. Crunchy, garlicky, perfectly seasoned — they’re completely addictive. I snack on these straight out of the bag, but I also use them in my homemade Chex Mix every Christmas for gifts, and they take it to a whole new level. Friends and family always comment on how good the mix is, and these rye chips are the secret ingredient that makes it extra special. They hold up great in the oven, stay crunchy, and pack so much flavor. The garlic seasoning is bold without being overpowering, and the texture is spot on — crisp, sturdy, and satisfying. Whether you’re snacking, entertaining, or making homemade snack mixes, these are a must-have. I always keep a bag (or two) on hand because once you open one, it doesn’t last long. If you are here, you already think that the rye chips are the best part of the Gardetto’s snack mix. The price is really awesome for how much you get. These bags are bigger than normal Gardetto’s, and these rye pieces are very dense, crispy, and satisfying, so I only need a few pieces to satisfy me. Then the bag can last for a couple of weeks at least. I can’t buy these in my store, so I have to get them from Amazon. Some reviews complain about broken pieces, but in the 4 times that I have ordered multiple bags per order, the size of the pieces is good and what you would expect from chips in a grocery store: mostly whole, and some broken crumbs at the bottom, but that happens with every kind of chips.

Instead of bagel chips, I use these in my homemade Chex mix during the holidays. They taste great by themselves, which leads to some people to pick these out of the mix, which also leads to some anger on my part. I put in pecan halves, almonds and walnuts in my mix, and people pick these out, leaving a mix without Gardetto’s chips. So, set some these aside and add back to the mix when it’s been stripped. They taste great, by the way.

I love these Gardetto Garlic Rye Chips. I know for sure myself and several other friends always pick out these ones in the Gardetto's mixed bags so was happy to see this special one. Over the holidays at work we usually each get some food spreads or treats to share and, I got various chips, including these Gardetto's chips and some cheese spreads and other dips and it was a total hit. A few co-workers said it was their favorite as it was all so tasty. The bag was nice and big with a good amount of chips in it which I was happy about.

I had to buy these once I saw them online. I love these things! Only problem is that most of the chips in the bag were in small pieces from all the handling I guess. Will try finding locally. Still taste great though

These are very difficult to find in our area and were needed for a recipe. Great price. Great value. Nice and fresh!

I make Chex Mix at home annually for Christmas. The one ingredient I can't find regularly in the grocery store is Garlic Rye Chips. My family LOVES these, and since they have been missing from my batches for the past couple of years, I decided to order these and include them in my mix. The bag is very generous, so I only used 1/2 the bag for a double batch of Chex Mix. The overall flavor was great and added an extra element. My family was very happy to find these in the bowl this year.

Delivered on time and to my front door, and the product tastes good BUT it was not well packaged and had many broken pieces and crumbs as a result. To be sure someone can find a way to pack them well for mailing so the customer doesn't end up with a bag of broken pieces and crumbs.
