I have been following Master Chia's teaching for some years and I know for my own experience that the Qi Gong is an amazing way to restore health and joy in life. Joining the Western Medicine and the Taoist tradition, Master Chia teaches the practices that lead to a health sexual life and how to use sexual energy to maintain health, vitality and for longevity.Very well written and easy to follow. I am a Western medical doctor and I also graduated in Traditional Chinese Medicine and I can say that the content is very good and it is true to the principles of Taoism and TCM.

From the title you may think the book is about achieving multiple orgasms. The book is about that to a degree. But it’s more about getting to know your body and incorporating spiritual elements to fuel your life with pleasure. The gift of knowing about this book came from my best friend, who happens to be a very experienced woman in matters of sexual pleasure. Trust me, this woman is experienced and yet she too found inspiration in this book. This is a book whose title girlfriends at any age can share with their girl pals. You can’t really pass the book itself along to someone else to read, because you want to refer to it time and time again as you progress along your own journey. I like that it’s written by a woman doctor and her spiritually inclined colleague. It’s a very comprehensive and terrific tool for single women or those in a relationship. Straight or gay. I’m recommending to many of my close and adorable girlfriends.

This book is so inspiring! and has opened my understanding about my body that is delicious. I have a new appreciation for my body and I'm loving all of me!I so enjoyed this book I have recommended to my single friends and the married.

This is not a book written by Mantak Chia but by a woman doctor whose approach to the theme is like a women's magazine with questionnaires and shallow thinking. Deceptive!
