Mammut Comfort High GTX® SURROUND Men (Backpacking/Hiking Footwear (High))

Best boots I have ever owned.Comfort and fit of these Mammut Comfort High is superb. I have slowly been breaking them in but there probably wasn't really much of a need to as very soft inside and fit me well. Wearing a thin pair of lightweight trekking sock I haven't had damp feet after walking so the Goretex surround may be working. I've walked through long damp grass in the mornings and feet were pretty much dry when I got home, this is always a bug bear of mine on "waterproof" boots but these have performed the best I've seen. These boots are super light, but still have a robust feel.Overall a great purchase, very pleased.

Tough and durable! Really comfortable over a few long hikes across Yorkshire recently! Look great as well ..

Had these boots for a week, really comfortable and very light. No leaks and whilst not the cheapest happy that they are good value.

Very Comfy. Very good to look at. Leaked first time out. Took back to retailer (Large chain outdoors shop) who swapped them without fuss. New pair leaked even worse. even in just wet grass. Grip really well as long as you avoid wet grass, dry grass, wet mud, dried mud, concrete, tarmac and rock. Fine on everything else.. Still use them, but only in dry conditions as they really are very comfy. Just be advised the eyelets are very sharp and I was getting through a set of laces every few trips even after dremelling the inside of the eyelets.
