Great product... I love the clarity of the cameras.

I bought these dome cameras to add to an existing system .for the price I found that the performance, and clarity were great . They works well, and has a great wide angle view. Which I think is better than the bullet cam.the resolution and color in my opinion is better than others I have seen . The connect was easy I might add .

One camera had an issue only worked in black and white. After communicating with Cathy in e-mails she sent me a new camera and actually an upgraded version of the camera.... many thanks to you Cathy. The entire system is great and the price cannot be beat. I have owned several systems and the Zosi is by far easiest to set up and is consistent with the video output and the apps for viewing remotely work great. The only improvement would be an app that works with my Samsung tablet and older iPad. From Robert thank you Cathy!

These cameras were shipped out and received within a few days of placing the order. I had upgraded to a 16 channel DVR that I got for a great price that was made in Austin TX. The dome cameras I had were from the old DVR that the 16 channel DVR replaced and are made completely of plastic. Once I received the Zosi cameras, I had noticed that the housing including the ring and the base was completely made of metal and had a good black finish. The ball housing that housed the camera and electronics is completely sealed other than the hole in the back where the wire exits the housing. I had read reviews where others had complained that moisture or condensation had got inside and fogged up the camera lens. This hole is the only place that moisture can enter the camera housing so I filled the hole around the wire with a little silicone sealant. The sealant I used is a sealer for rain gutters that can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot. I live in Houston which has a high percentage of humidity and have had no problems yet. When I first received the cameras I hooked them up in the house to compare them to the old cameras I have. The colour on the Zosi cameras was much better than the old cameras. I was wearing a black T-shirt that looked black on the Zosi cameras and look washed out gray on the old cameras. The second thing I noticed was that the Zosi cameras had a much wider angle of view and much better resolution than the old cameras. The third thing is the Zosi cameras has a much better picture in dark conditions. There is a click noise that the Zosi cameras make as they switch to the night mode that would indicate that they are using a relay to switch as I have read about in other review but I have not yet had any problem with the cameras getting stuck in black and white mode, Overall I am quite happy with these cameras.

I bought this camera system in May 2024. I started using it 7 months later, and all that happens is the system freezes three minutes after I turn on the DVR. Customer service is unresponsive, and their website only sells cameras but doesn't answer any questions. I would not buy from this brand again.

Hi I just finished installing my Zosi Security s ystem and I am impressed with the pictures that the 4K cameras put out. I am a old man and not the sharpest when it comes to computer's and electronics in general so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to handle the task of installing the system. I was lucky when I started working with a tech at Zosi named Jar. With his patience and understanding he walked me through it step by step. And no matter what I threw at him he would come back with a solution. He was very professional and at the same time he always had a way of calming me down and just doing what we had to do. Thanks to Jar I have some amazing pictures on my monitor. I am sure I will need to contact Jar in the future but I am looking forward to it. I now consider Jar a friend and not just someone I go to when I need something to do with my system. In short thank you for everything Jar. Because of you I just love my Zosi system and wouldn't want to own anything else. Thanks again Zosi. Todd

only problem i seem to have is how to get my system to actually record anything other then just live feed view !! am i missing something that i havent done properly to have system actual record ???

In 20 i ordered just one showed weird images. For the price it cant be beaten. Same stuff in stores you going to pay at least the double. Good stuff and easy to install.
