I've been buying this Cognitex Elite for my husband for over two years. I researched and compared several formulas that were supposed to help with cognitive function...memory, mental clarity, anxiousness. It took about three weeks before he started noticing an improvement, but he definitely did have an improvement in memory, mental clarity, anxiousness and energy level.
