I love using the grill. The heat distribution is fantastic. I like how the bottom is slightly convex allowing the fluid to collect more on the sides of the pan. Great sear marks. As you would expect it is a little tough to clean. I went ahead and bought the Finex cleaning tools which help.

Came pre seasoned

Product performs horrible as compared to other cast iron products I own and is impossible to clean. Even with seasoning (says it’s pre-seasoned) it’s impossible to keep it from rusting. Seller charged nearly 100% re-stocking fee.

This is expensive but so worth it...because it is wonderful, very versatile, works on induction cooktops and gas grills. If you care for it and about it you will pass on for generations. I apply olive oil and stay careful about its seasoning. The grill marks are on every piece of steak, burgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc.I have many old and new pieces of cast iron. Except for my tiny single egg fry pan this is the absolute best and useable every day.

The quality has definitely gone down since they were sold to Lodge.
