| Warranty Summary | 6 Months Warranty, Sattva warrants the product to be free from manufacturing defects for 3 days from the date of delivery. This means that any manufacturing defect such as faulty zipper or Velcro or broken handles need to be claimed for warranty within 3 days from the date of delivery. Should the product be defective, Sattva will repair the product at no charge to the owner. This is an offsite warranty, which means all products must be brought in to our factory. Please bring along your purchase invoice or receipt. For larger bean bags, a collection and delivery service can be arranged at a cost. Worst product, no warranty, poor quality
Purchased this item for 1740 Rs but its worst beanbag i ever used.Within 1 week, sutures opened from 2 - 3 places and did not receive any response even after so many follow-ups.They mentioned 1 year warranty but there is no direct way or contact no. to utilize that.Can't give less than 1 star which is also not worth for it.

Product was ok but the bean filling was very poor only 3/4 of the bean filled for xxl bag, I was used only 2 days bean was fully left again I got the bean separately and then filled inside.
