Toomies Constructables Dinosaur Toys

This toy is perfect for a 3 and a half year old boy who loves dinosaurs and construction toys. The pieces are just the right size and has enough challenge to put the dinos together in different combinations.

I love this toy for my kids. It is interactive and they can rebuild it into different dinosaurs. My 5-year-old built a "mutant dinosaur" that he was very proud of. It teaches him basic engineering and creative skills. And once they build their dinosaur, they can watch how it moves!

Constructables are super fun introduction to the idea of creativity along the lines of Legos, Megabloks, and other build toys. These pieces, however, are engineered to have a motorized aspect that can be battery-operated or child powered. But the movement and interaction of the pieces is really fun, and the creations both intended, and imagined are a lot of fun. FYI- with the battery power on, these are quite noisy toys. The dinosaur set, a bit less noisy than the vehicles set. By the way, both sets together... more creative, imaginative vehicles or creatures.

These are fantastic building toys for my 3 and 5 year old boys. We have both the Vehicle set and the Dino set and they are interchangeable so my boys will use their imagination to make their own creations. Never seem to get tired of this one.

I have a four year old, and I got him this toy for Christmas. Two months later we have played with it maybe twice and by we, I mean I have played with it twice and he watches me. It doesn't hold his attention for too long mostly because building it is too hard for him, and it can't do too much by itself.

Looks just like product shown in picture. They move a little on the slower side so probably not for older kids but perfect for the younger ones. pretty durable so it's okay if kids play a little rough you don't really have to worry about it breaking.

OMG, zzz...kkklick...kkklick...kkkclick...zzz...kkkclick...etc. if you can imagine hearing that over and over again...okay my kid lost interest after just hearing that sounds, so i am happy. I felt the toy is just not well designed and the parts come off quite easily and every time i hear those sounds...it makes me wanna

Not for toddlers it requires some attention like keeping it together. Good for older kids

I bought the vehicle constructibles for my older son when he was 2, and just bought the dinos set for my younger son who just turned 3. My kids love these toys! They can be put together in so many different ways and are very easy to assemble. They are good from age 2 1/2 to 6 probably. The only negative part is there is a loud clicking noise when the motor is turned on. If you carefully disassemble the motor unit you will find a small piece of plastic that is screwed in that makes the sound. You can easily remove the plastic piece and get rid of the sound. I don't know if it serves any sort of purpose other than to let you know the toy is on. Aside from that I think this is one of the best toys you can get for a 3 or 4-year-old.

These are a great little toy and good quality too, they also work with the other TOMY Constructables set. Lots of fun for boys and girls!

Loud clicking noise (apparently readily fix'able per other reviews). My son was bored very quickly with this.
